Founded in 1977, Elm Street Development is a privately owned development firm with communities throughout the Washington, Baltimore and Eastern Shore regions. Elm Street Development was honored as Developer of the Year by the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association in each year from 2000 through 2006 and is the recipient of numerous community development and environmental awards.
