To protect property values and ensure a uniform standard of excellence throughout 1801 Foxhall, the design, location and appearance of all proposed structures and improvements on each homesite must be approved by the developer of 1801 Foxhall, Elm Street Development. This applies to the home, garages, sheds, landscaping, walls, fences, walks, lighting and all other exterior improvements visible on the lot.

Plans and specifications must be submitted and approved in writing by Elm Street Development before any construction begins. Such plans and specifications shall contain:

Plat or Site Plan: Showing the location of all proposed structures
and improvements.
Exterior Elevations: For all structures and improvements (all 4 sides).
Specifications: For materials and colors for all structures and improvements.
Landscape Plan: Including plant species and size.
Grading Plan: Showing lot grading and any drainage improvements.
Siltation and Erosion Control Plan: For construction on the lot.
Homebuilder Selection: Submitted in writing and approved by the developer.
Other Information: Which the developer may require to fully understand and evaluate the proposed structures and improvements.

Elm Street Development will respond in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving submissions.

Homesite buyers and their design professionals are strongly encouraged to meet with Elm Street Development as architectural and engineering plans are being developed and refined to help ensure that the designs are approved in a timely and cost efficient manner.

In addition, homesite buyers are strongly encouraged to pursue the architectural review process and to complete the approval process for the site plan and exterior elevations prior to the end of the Feasibility Study Period.
